No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all hair extensions and hair care product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the items have been purchased. Please ensure you select the correct product, length, and texture before completing your order.

In the event of an approved exchange under special circumstances (e.g., wrong item shipped), a $25 restocking fee will apply. You will also be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. If the shipping error is on CuterLookz's part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to qualify for consideration.
